Nuevo impulso al Plan de Ordenación Urbana de Ronda con consulta pública

During the next 20 business days, this Plan can be consulted on the Notice Board of the City Council, which is open to suggestions, ideas, and considerations that residents may have

The Urban Planning department of the City Council of Ronda has taken a new step forward in the development of the new Urban Planning Plan (POU), with the opening of a new transparency process through a public consultation of the document, so that in the coming days, suggestions, ideas, and proposals can be accepted, with the intention of continuing to advance in the development of the new urban model.

In parallel to this milestone, the mayor of Ronda, María de la Paz Fernández, has announced that, from the Environment department, the POU has already been submitted for processing, giving a new boost to the development of this urban tool being developed by the Government team. The document in question is dated January 22nd, and the same organization must now process the Municipal General Plan (PGOM), sent at the same time as the first document, but due to its technical complexity, it is still pending resolution.

In this way, in addition to being able to consult it physically at the Urban Planning offices of the City Council, anyone interested can access the plan documentation through the transparency portal of the City Council’s electronic headquarters, via the website www.ronda.es

As Fernández has pointed out, the development of all these urban planning documents continues to progress after meeting a series of milestones: In October 2022, the first public consultation was carried out; subsequently, and after the elaboration of the plan draft, it was published again to inform residents of the urban planning updates in the municipal area, and now, in accordance with what is established by the LISTA, a new consultation process has been opened which will last for twenty business days.
