The Ministry of Justice, Local Administration, and Public Function has approved the Service Charter of its territorial delegations, streamlining citizen service with a commitment to respond within a maximum of three days for inquiries such as requests for Free Justice or Association Registration, as well as issuing registration certificates for the latter.
The Service Charter, published in the Official Bulletin of the Andalusian Government (BOJA), emphasizes the principle of good administration outlined in the Autonomy Statute. The territorial delegations of Justice, Local Administration, and Public Function aim to establish an innovative, close, useful, and committed Public Administration, through management organization, the implementation of new technologies, and the involvement of professionals working in them.
With this document, territorial delegations commit to citizens, non-profit associations, professional bar associations, and judicial and fiscal bodies regarding Free Justice, Association Registration, and access to temporary and interim labor pools in the Justice Administration.
To measure compliance with these commitments, they will prepare an annual monitoring report that includes the indicators used, the values achieved in each exercise concerning those indicators, and the progress. Additionally, they will submit to the General Inspection of Services of the Andalusian Government.
Citizens can access all information about the Service Charter on the portal that compiles these documents from various government agencies (the Assistance Offices for Registration Matters, the phone numbers and emails of the eight territorial delegations of Justice, Local Administration, and Public Function, and the Adriano Portal. Furthermore, they will be disseminated through digital brochures and institutional social media channels of the Government.
To contribute to improving service provision and reviewing the Service Charter, users have at their disposal the Suggestions and Complaints Book of the Government (available at the Support Offices for Registration Matters and in the postal and email addresses of the territorial delegations of Justice, Local Administration, and Public Function, as well as the Joint Committees of the Common Unified Pool and interim Justice personnel).
