Por Redaccion The municipal delegate of Culture, Rebeca Muñoz, has announced the schedule of activities that will take place in the coming weeks. The program includes a variety of proposals for all kinds of audiences and will be held at different locations in the city with the aim of reaching as many people as possible.
On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the month of July, there will be children’s shows, summer cinema, and concerts. Regarding children’s activities, the councilor has announced that on July 2, ‘Entrebambalinas’ will organize a ‘mini disco’ in the San Antonio square in the Dehesa neighborhood. On July 9, the event will be held at the ‘Juan Carlos I’ civic center in Padre Jesús with the show by Andén Mágico, ‘The Lord of the Clouds’. On Wednesday, July 16, Luigi Ludus’ magic will fill the square where the old municipal swimming pool was located on Málaga Avenue. On the 23rd, the magic continues, this time with ‘Fran Qué’ in the Elisa Elvira square in the San Cristóbal neighborhood, and the activities for the little ones will conclude with ‘Lola Mento’s Craziness’ at the Ruedo Alameda square in the San Francisco neighborhood. All events will take place at 9:00 PM with free entry.
Muñoz has also announced the return of concerts at the Carmen Walls which, this summer, will bring Spanish pop and rock song versions by the group ‘Alejados’ on July 17. On July 24, there will be a tribute to Andalusian rock with versions of big bands like Triana or Medina Azahara, and on July 31, the greatest hits of pop from the 80s and 90s will be played by the group ‘Ok Makey’. All concerts will start at 10:30 PM.
Finally, there will be summer cinema at the Carmen Walls with the screening of ‘Gru 4, my favorite villain’ on July 15; ‘Wonka’ on July 22, and ‘Kung fu Panda 4’ on July 29. In this case, the screenings will start at 10:00 PM.
The delegate has encouraged the whole family not to miss out on this program designed to enjoy summer nights in the city throughout July, also reminding that soon the activities for a new edition of the ‘Noche en Blanco’ will be presented.
