Consumer Affairs reminds that, if the service hiring is done online or by phone, consumers have the right of withdrawal from the contract within a period of 14 natural days, without indicating any reason and without penalty. If the hiring was not done online or remotely, it is important to know if there is the possibility of exercising the right of withdrawal.
