The security and emergency framework has been established after meetings among the involved agents to design a detailed and specific plan that ensures the celebration of the festivities with all guarantees for citizens and visitors.

The Emergency Coordination Center (CECOP) will manage real-time communications between security forces and operational services, providing maximum efficiency in addressing any contingencies that may arise during the event.

During the processional events, defibrillators will be set up under the tables of each float, equipped with geolocation systems. Additionally, identification bracelets with QR codes will be distributed to minors to prevent their loss. As a preventive measure, the brotherhoods have received basic training on how to handle emergencies, operate fire extinguishers, and use semi-automatic defibrillators.
